Gamification Reset - Only in Acadle 3.0

We’re excited to introduce a powerful new feature, Gamification Reset, designed to give users a fresh start on their journey!

What is Gamification Reset?

The Gamification Reset feature allows administrators to reset a user’s entire gamification progress, including:

• Points

• Levels

• Badges

This ensures that users can begin again from scratch, whether for testing purposes, performance reviews, seasonal campaigns, or system corrections.

Why Use This Feature?

• Fresh Start: Let users restart their journey and re-engage with the platform.

• Testing & Debugging: Easily reset data during development or QA processes.

• Campaign Management: Align users with new gamification campaigns or rule updates.

• Error Correction: Fix inconsistencies or incorrect progress records.

Where to find it:

Go to Learning page (New UI) → Users → Click on the 'three dots' next to the username → select 'Reset Gamification'.

How It Works

With a single action, administrators can reset all gamification-related data for a selected user. The process is quick, secure, and ensures data integrity across the platform.
